Refund Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange or refund within 14 days. Items returned after 14 days but before 30 days will be granted an exchange only. All returned items must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, gift cards, some health and personal care items.

We will issue refunds on items damaged in transit, and ONLY if we are unable to replace that item. We will require a photo of the damaged item. We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local Customs.

It is the BUYERS responsibility to check with their local Customs office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. If Customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the BUYER is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. Thecoupleschain is not responsible for confiscated goods or undeliverable goods.

If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at help@thecoupleschain.com including a photo of the damaged item, and we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
